In June 2023, we proudly launched the Jack's Voice Family Assistance Fund, a beacon of support for families navigating the world of autism.
In June 2023, we proudly launched the Jack's Voice Family Assistance Fund, a beacon of support for families navigating the world of autism. Thanks to the unwavering dedication of Ryan, an autism uncle, and Dan, an autism dad, we are thrilled to offer financial assistance to families through grants, making a tangible impact in their lives.
This initiative is a heartfelt tribute to sweet Jack, driven by the love of those who cherish him. The fund is sustained by the annual "Jacks Voice Golf Outing" at Maple Hill Golf Course.
Our Impact
In July 2023, ASK and Jack's Voice proudly awarded grants to four families, providing support for:
Individual/private music therapy
Installation of a wheelchair ramp for a van
A new mattress and clothing
Sensory tools and headphones
In 2024, the Jack's Voice Family Assistance Fund expanded its reach, awarding $7,800 in assistance to support 16 families in meeting essential needs. Approved requests included:
Speech therapy services
Enrollment in swim lessons
Transportation to and from work
Sensory modifications for play areas
Additional supports tailored to individual family needs
In 2025, the Jack’s Voice Family Assistance Fund continued to grow, awarding $12,127.50 in assistance to support 28 families in meeting essential and safety-related needs. Approved requests included:
Support for a Life Scout project
AAC devices and iPads
Adaptive swimming and skiing lessons
Equine (horse) therapy and horseback riding lessons
Sensory supplies, including noise-reducing headphones
Home safety and security cameras
Indoor sensory equipment such as trampolines, crash pads, and swings/rocking chairs
Sensory-friendly clothing
Beds and related accessories
Grant Opportunities
We invite families to apply during our annual grant cycle each fall. The Fall 2025 application window will open on October 1, 2025 and close on December 1, 2025 at 5:00 pm EST.
Families may request grants of up to $500 to support activities, enrichment opportunities, supplies, or other needs that benefit their loved ones with autism.
